Commercial Door Services | NYC

By engaging with Commercial Door Services | NYC (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) for commercial door services, you (“Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Scope of Services
We provide installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance of commercial doors and related hardware. Specific services rendered will be described in the service agreement, work order, or invoice.
2. Estimates & Pricing
- All estimates are provided in good faith and are subject to revision if conditions change or additional issues are discovered during service.
- Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Additional work not included in the original estimate will incur additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required prior to commencing work.
- Full payment is due upon job completion unless other terms are agreed to in writing.
- We accept payments via direct deposit, ACH, check, or approved commercial invoicing.
- Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge and may result in service suspension.
4. Permits & Code Compliance
We comply with all NYC building codes and fire safety standards. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary building permits unless specified otherwise in writing.
5. Warranty
- We offer a 90 days workmanship warranty on installations and labor.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and products installed.
- Warranties are void if doors or hardware are modified or damaged by unauthorized personnel, misuse, or acts of nature.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the installed products.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Jobs canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Special-order items are non-refundable once ordered.
8. Emergency Services
Emergency services requested outside regular business hours (M–F, 8 AM–6 PM) are subject to additional charges and availability.
9. Access & Site Conditions
- Client must ensure safe, unobstructed access to the job site.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by unsafe site conditions, unapproved access, or third-party interference.
10. Ownership of Materials
All materials remain the property of Commercial Door Services | NYC until full payment is received.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of New York County.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or provided upon request.
